Thank you for shopping with us! We understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase and this will help us process it faster for you!
Refunds: We do not offer returns for refund to the original form of payment, STORE CREDIT ONLY! You have 10 days from the day that you purchase your item (in store) or the day you receive your order (online) to return back to BB. *Customer is responsible for shipping costs.*
- Items must be in perfect condition with tags still attached unworn and unwashed. Items must not have, makeup, deodorant stains, dog hair, cigarette smell, stains of any kind will not be accepted.
- All items that are bought on special discounts and marked final sale or items purchased from the SALE tab are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
- Once your return is received, please allow 3-5 business days for us to email you your store credit code. Store credit can be used online or in store!
Every order will contain a "Return Policy & Requirements Form" listing return details and information if needed. Please return the form with the products back to:
